Automated measurements of surface roughness and micro geometries
 
The inline control of surface roughness and micro structures is often a big challenge. One technology is fast but doesn’t have the necessary resolution others have the resolution are slow and require a sophisticated anti-vibration system.
The smartWLI extend range sensor combines both. Installed on a robot multiple positions can be measured in an acceptable time.
