This investigation develops a Differential Fabry-Perot interferometer. According to the theoretical and experimental results, the presented design is available for the displacement measurements.
Syuan-Cheng Chang, National Yunlin University of Science and Technology, Taiwan
The project establishes a heterodyne displacement measuring interferometer with the Fabry-Perot optical structure.
Chung-Ping Chang , National Chiayi University, Taiwan
Various experiments and demonstrations show the operation and high-precision measurement with interferometers in practice.
