COVID-19 Safeguards

We will continue to monitor and adjust our plans and health protocols as necessary.

From today's perspective, we will have to enforce the 2G+ rule. This means that every lecturer and visitor must be fully vaccinated or recovered against Covid19 and additionally tested. Testing will be waived if a booster vaccination is proven.

A rapid test is valid for 24 hours and a PCR test is valid for 48 hours. Testing stations are available in Ilmenau near the university. The corresponding information will follow.

In addition, masks are of course mandatory in all closed rooms. Adherence to hygiene rules (spacing, hand washing) should be a matter of course for everyone.

In case of symptoms of illness, the symposium must not be attended!
